金龙胶囊联合化疗治疗结直肠癌肝转移的临床观察

Clinical observation of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer treated with combined chemotherapy with Jinlong capsule

目的评价金龙胶囊联合化疗治疗结直肠癌肝转移的疗效、血液毒性和对体力状况、血CEA以及免疫功能的影响。方法 62例结直肠癌肝转移患者被分为治疗组和对照组,均行伊立替康联合氟尿嘧啶方案化疗,治疗组同时口服金龙胶囊;对照组口服利血生。结果治疗组近期临床受益率、血CEA下降比率、体力状况好于对照组(P<0.05),白细胞降低程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8明显好于对照组(P<0.01)。结论金龙胶囊联合化疗治疗结直肠癌肝转移具有增效减毒不提高免疫功能的作用,可作为化疗的辅助治疗药物。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and hematological toxicity of combined chemotherapy with Jinglong capsule to treat liver metastasis of colorectal cancer,as well as its influence on life quality ,blood CEA and immune function.Methods A total of 62 cases of rectal cancer with liver metastasis were divided into treatment group and control group.CPT-11 and 5-FU chemotherapy was applied in both groups ,meanwhile,Jinglong capsule was administered orally in treatment group and leucogen was administered in control group.Results Recent clinical beneficial rate,decreased percentage of blood CEA and increasing rate of life quality in treatment group were higher than those in control group（P 0.05）.The decreased degree of leukocytes in treatment group was significantly lower,and CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 in treatment group were remarkably superior to those in control group （P 0.01）.Conclusion Combined chemotherapy with Jinglong capsule to treat liver metastasis of colorectal cancer can not only enhance efficacy but also can decrease hematological toxicity and improve immune function.Therefore,Jinglong capsule can be the assistant treating agents in chemotherapy.
