改良尿道拖入术治疗骨盆骨折后尿道狭窄或闭锁的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨尿道拖入术中采用Foley管经腹壁作牵引固定的方法,总结经验,提高治疗效果。方法用该方法治疗骨盆骨折后尿道狭窄或闭锁患者56例,对其临床资料进行总结。结果随访6~24个月,52例排尿通畅,无需尿道扩张;4例术后近期需行尿道扩张。结论改良尿道拖入术操作简单,效果满意。 Objective To evaluate the use of a Foley catheter ballon as a pulling and fixing device through the abdominal wall in pull-through technique for urethral stricture or atresia following pelvic fractures and increase the efficacy .Methods Using Foley catheter ballon as a pulling and fixing device in Badenoch pull-through procedure to treat 56 cases of urethral stricture and occlusion following pelvic fractures.Results Success had been achieved in 56 cases with good voiding during 6~24 months following up.Only 4 cases needed urethral dilation.Conclusion The use of a Foley catheter for traction in pull-through operation is simple and effective.
