醛固酮受体拮抗剂抗氧化及对糖尿病肾病保护作用 被引量:5

摘要 糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病(diabetic mellitus,DM)患者常见的微血管并发症之一。近年来的研究提示氧化应激在DN发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。
