三氟化硼三乙醇胺对大鼠肾脏酶组织化学的影响

摘要 本文探讨了三氟化硼三乙醇胺(简称B TT)对大鼠肾脏酶组织化学及尿酶活性的影响.实验设三个染毒组,分别以BTT25、50和100mg/kg腹腔注射,每日一次,连续12天。结果表明,各染毒组均出现尿量和尿氟排出量增多,尿中γ—谷氨酰转移酶活性增高。肾皮质小管中琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性下降,尤以近曲小管中AKP和SDH活性下降更明显。光镜下见到肾小管上皮细胞浊肿、水变性。 Varieties of certain enzymes in the kidney and urine of the rats were observed. The rats were divided into three groups and given BTT by daily i. P. injection for 12 days at the dosages of 25, 50, and 100mg/kg respectively. The results showed that urine volume, fluorine content and γ-glutamyltransferase (γ-GT) activity in the urine of the treated rats were significantly increased. The decreased activity of succinic dehydrogenase (SDH), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) was observed in the cortical tubules of the treated rats, especially in the proximal tubules where the activity of AKP and SDH was greatly decreased Under the microscope the cells of the proximal tubules showed certain degree of cloudy swelling and hydropic degeneration compared with the control.
