Synthesis of Morpholinyl-Aromatic Acid Derivatives

摘要 目的:合成吗啉芳酸衍生物并优化其合成工艺。方法:以芳酸酯为起始原料,经Williamson醚化、亲核取代反应和水解反应合成目标化合物。结果:所合成的目标化合物未见文献报道,其结构经IR1、H-NMR1、3C-NMR及MS得到确证。结论:所设计的合成技术简单易行,适合工业化生产。 Objective: To synthesize of morpholinyl-aromatic acid derivatives and optimize the technical process.Methods: Morpholinyl-aromatic acid derivatives were synthesized from aryl esters via Willamson etherification,nucleophilic substitution,and hydroxylation.Results: The target compounds have not been reported in literatures.The chemical structures were confirmed by IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS.Conclusion: This synthetic technique is simple and feasible.
