摘要
研究铁炭微电解法对化纤废水中CODcr、氨氮等去除率的影响。实验结果表明,最佳处理工艺为:进水pH为2,铁炭体积比为1∶2,固液比为1∶1,CODcr和氨氮的水力停留时间分别为60min和45min。此时,CODcr和氨氮的去除率分别为64%和34%,为后续生化处理和处理后废水达标排放奠定了基础。
Take the waste water of chemical fiber in one factory as the original water sample,use the way of iron-carbo micro-electrolytic to process the chemical fiber waste water,research the removal rate of the COD and ammonia nitrogen.The single factor experimental study result indicated that the best chemical fiber waste water disposal technological conditions are as follows: pH of raw water is 2,the volume ratio of iron-carbo is 1∶2,the ratio of liquid-solid is 1∶1,the agitation time interval is 0(the entire journey agitation),water power resident time of the COD and ammonia nitrogen respectively is 60min and 45min.Under this condition,elimination rate of the COD and ammonia nitrogen respectively is 64% and 34%,and the reproduction quality is good,so it establish the foundation for the following biochemistry processing and processing the waste water standards to volley.
