摘要
目的探讨64层双源CT智能跟踪目测手动触发扫描在颈部动脉CTA成像技术中的应用价值。方法应用西门子SOMATOMDefinition双源CT对40例临床怀疑颈部动脉血管病变的患者,采用智能跟踪目测手动触发扫描进行颈部动脉CTA三维重建数据采集成像,随后通过工作站对扫描采集数据进行后处理重建。结果依据图像质量评定标准,图像质量为优、良、差的,分别为35例、4例、1例。结论采用智能跟踪目测手动触发扫描进行颈部动脉CTA三维重建数据采集所获取图像,有助于放射影像医师更有效、准确地对患者颈部动脉血管疾病做出诊断。
Objective To explore the application of 64-slice dual-source CT scanner Intelligent Tracking Visual manually trigger technology in cervical artery CTA.Methods Siemens SOMATOM Definition dual-source CT was used in 40 patients with clinical suspicion of cervical artery disease(3 cases was failed in automatic tracking scanning technology),and smart track visual manually trigger scanning was used for three-dimensional carotid artery CTA reconstruction data acquisition imaging,and the data was collected by using the work station to reconstruct post-processing.Results The image quality as excellent,good,poor were respectively in 35 cases,4 cases,1 case(as in patients with dentures could not be removed due to artifacts caused by radiation).Conclusion The use of smart visual tracking manually trigger scanner for three-dimensional reconstruction of carotid artery CTA images acquired by data collection will help radiology physicians more effectively and accurately to the patient’s neck to make diagnosis of arterial vascular disease.
