摘要
为了实现应用型创新人才培养目标,学院构建了省级实验教学示范中心及培养体系,主要从创新观念、柔性制度保障、特色办学理念和"以学生为本"管理体制4个方面进行建设。其中就与示范中心联系最为紧密的特色办学,师资队伍培养、课程设置更新和实践环节创新3个建设创新方向。经过强化建设和实践,应用型创新人才培养取得了显著成效。
In order to achieve applied innovation talents training objectives,the provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers training system was built,It is constructed mainly from four aspects,namely innovation sense,flexible system protection,special educational philosophy and the ＂student-oriented＂ management system.In respect of the characteristics of schools most closely linked with the demonstration centers,the three building directions of teachers training,curriculum renewal and practice innovation were proposed.The enhanced construction and practice show that,application-oriented innovation talents training has achieved remarkable results.
