荧光定量PCR技术在结核分枝杆菌检测中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)技术在结核分枝杆菌检测中的应用价值。方法采用荧光定量PCR、抗酸染色和改良罗氏培养三种方法同时检测156例结核患者标本,对检测结果进行比较。结果荧光定量PCR、抗酸染色法、改良罗氏培养法检测结核分枝杆菌的阳性率分别为50%、25.64%、33.33%,以荧光定量PCR检测的阳性率最高。结论荧光定量PCR方法检测结核分枝杆菌具有灵敏度高、简便、快速的特点,可作为结核病诊断的常规方法,在临床上有重要应用价值。
