摘要
通过对发电机旋转整流器的故障分析,找出了故障产生的原因,在大量工艺试验的基础上对二极管封装焊接前的镀层处理、二极管封装焊接的工装设计、二极管压装焊接工艺参数以及焊接操作方法等方面进行了工艺研究,提出了合适可行的焊接工艺改进措施,较好地解决了发电机旋转整流器的产品质量,提高了产品的质量可靠性。
The causes of fault are found out through fault analysis for generator rotating rectifier.Based on a large amount of tests,processing study are developed,including cladding treatment ahead of packaging welding,fixture,welding parameters and method of operation of packing welding for diode and so on.And then appropriate and feasible improvement measures are presented,which can increase the quality and reliability of products.
