长治市煤炭开采对水资源的影响及对策

Impact of coal mining on water resources and countermeasure of Changzhi City

长治市是山西省能源重化工基地之一,多年来,煤炭大规模的无序开采造成了水资源和生态环境的破坏,严重影响到未来经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,文中重点分析了煤炭开采对地下水、地表水、水资源、水利工程、水污染、水土流失的影响,针对性地提出了依法办矿、规范生产、加强煤矿生产水资源论证工作、全面开展煤炭开采对水资源影响的监测和控制工作、加大煤矿矿坑排水的综合利用、建立煤炭开采对水资源影响的补偿机制等对策。

Changzhi City is one of energy and heavy chemical industry bases of Shanxi Province.For many years,large-scale disorganized exploitation of coal has caused the damage of water resources and eco-environment,and has affected the economy development in the future and the improvement of living standards of the residents.In this paper,impact of coal mining on ground water,surface water,water resources,water conservancy engineering,water pollution and soil erosion is analyzed especially,some methods are put forward,such as regulating production,strengthening water resources assessment of coal mine production,transaction ore basing on law,carrying out monitoring and controlling for impact of coal mining on water resources in full-scale;strengthening the comprehensive utilization of coal mine drainage,establishing compensation mechanism and coutermeasures of coal mining impact.
