摘要 目的:旨在了解当前农村中小学教师工作压力的总体状况及对其身心状态、工作、生活及职业认同感的影响,从而客观认识农村中小学教师工作压力的现状,并为探讨中小学教师工作压力的成因及应对策略提供参考。方法:通过半结构化深度访谈,对吉林省某地区10名农村中小学教师进行访谈研究。结果:农村地区教师的工作压力感较高,多方面的工作压力对教师的身体健康状况、心理与精神状态、工作态度、日常生活均有一定程度的影响,同时高工作压力所带来的不满情绪也在严重威胁着教师对职业的认同度。结论:农村教师的工作压力现状不容乐观。 This study aims at exploring how teachers from rural elementary and secondary schools feel about their work stresses currently,and how the work stresses impact on teachers′ physical and mental state,work,daily life and professional identity,so that we can realize the status quo of rural school teachers′ work stresses objectively,and it will be helpful to explore particular stressors as well as the coping strategies that used by these teachers.Methods: Through semi-structured depth-interviews,10 rural elementary and secondary school teachers from a certain region in Jilin Province were interviewed.Results: In rural area,teachers′ work stress is generally high.Various work pressures have,in varying degrees,influenced teachers′ physical condition,psychological and mental state,work attitude,and even their daily life.Meanwhile,discontent of their occupation brought about by high work stress is a serious threat to teachers′ professional identity.Conclusion: The status quo of rural teachers′ work stress is not optimistic.
