应用GC-MS快速测定月桂酸二乙醇酰胺的含量

Quick determination of lauric acid diethanolamide by GC-MS method

阐述了一种利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法测定月桂酸二乙醇酰胺含量的方法。样品直接用甲醇或丙酮溶解并稀释至质量分数约0.4%后,用GC-MS扫描分析定量,并将其测定值和国家标准GB/T15046—94分析结果进行对比。实验结果表明,该方法相对标准偏差为0.38%,测定结果与GB/T 15046—94方法的分析结果基本一致。该方法样品处理简单、快捷,分析速度快,定量准确,适用于不同类型烷基醇酰胺产品。

A method for the determination of lauric acid diethanolamide by gas chromatography - mass spectrometer （GC-MS） is expounded. The sample dissolved directly in methanol or acetone and diluted to approximate 0.4%. Quantification of lauric acid diethanolamide was made by GC-MS method. The data were compared with that of GB/T 15046-94, and the results showed that concurrent data were obtained by two methods. The relatively standard deviation of this method is 0.38%. This method is simple and rapid in sample treatment, quick in analysis, accurate in quantification, as well as suitable for different type of alkyl alcohol amide products.
