摘要
固相萃取是化妆品样品前处理的重要手段之一。以化妆品中生物碱的检测为例,研究了在化妆品的样品前处理中,固相萃取柱的选择以及影响净化效率的因素。研究表明,应根据目标化合物的性质选择合适的固相萃取柱,同时也要考察不同的上样溶液对保留能力的影响,根据不同的提取方式优化适宜的固相萃取条件。另外,固相萃取柱填料的粒度对净化效率和试验周期也有重要影响。
Solid phase extraction technology (SPE) is one of the important methods in cosmetic sample pretreatment. Taking the detection of alkaloids in cosmetics as an example of cosmetic sample pretreatment, this paper studied the choice of SPE column and the factors affecting the purification efficiency. Results showed that the choice of appropriate SPE column should be made based on the nature of the target compounds firstly; then the influence of different sample solution on the reserve capacity of column shoud be taken into account; further, SPE conditions shoud be optimized according to the different extraction methods. In addition, particle size of packing material in SPE column also has important influence on the purification efficiency and test cycle.
