摘要
针对偏润滑带外的情形,给出了两粗糙表面的通用接触关系式.分析结果表明:当塑性指数小于0.6时,接触表面发生弹性变形;当塑性指数大于1时,接触表面发生塑性变形.对于任意粗糙峰的具体力学和几何特性,实际接触面积与名义压应力近似成正比.两粗糙表面接触、一等效表面与一刚性表面接触的预测情形很接近.圆锥体两表面的塑性接触模型的间距最小,使两金属表面之间容易紧密接触.
Such a case as outside partial lubrication regime considered,the general contact relations were given between two rough plane surfaces.The analytical results indicate that when the plasticity index is less than 0.6 elastic deformation is caused on contact surfaces;when the plasticity index exceeds 1,plastic deformation will occur.To the detailed mechanical and geometrical properties of any arbitrary asperities,the real contact area and the nominal pressure remain almost proportional.The status predicted by both rough surfaces contact is very close to that predicted by an equivalent surface against a rigid plane.The separation of plastic contact model for two conical surfaces is the most minimum,which makes two metal surfaces easily tightly contact.
