渔子溪电站水轮机改造与运行工况 被引量:3

摘要 渔子溪电站装机4 ×40 M W, 1972 年全部投入运行。20 多年来该电站水轮机素以稳定性差、过流部件损坏严重、大修周期短、工况很差而闻名。1991 年,为了改善电站的运行状况, 电厂与哈尔滨电机厂合作, 采用鲁布革型水轮机向渔子溪型水轮机转化, 经过较长时间的研究与试验, 对3 号水轮机进行了彻底改造, 于1996 年5 月15日并网运行。运行3 年多来, 机组平稳, 年运行小时提高, 增容达10 % , 改造后效果良好。 Transformation of No5 generating unit of Bapanxia Hydro Station and the application of D179atype runner$$$$ Zhao Tianxiang (Bapanxia Hydro Station) Key Words:turbine's runner, transformation to increase capacity, efficient features, cavitation performances, Bapanxia Hydro Station Abstract:D179atype runner of turbine is a model runner with the good performances for the transformation of No5 turbine in Bapanxia Hydro Station, developed by the Orient Motor Factory The practice shows that its efficiency in large discharge area is obvious higher than the original kV4 runner made in Sweden and it has good cavitation performances Its efficiency of the optimum working condition point could increase 22% than that of the original runner Its efficiency at design point is about 92% Thus it is one of runners with good performances for the water head of 20 m The application of D179atype runner in the transformation of the No5 turbine in Bapanxia Hydro Station and its field test results could be used for reference in the transformation and optimization of other turbines
