摘要 我国从1991 年开始从前苏联引进弹性金属塑料瓦用于大型水轮发电机的推力轴承上, 对解决烧瓦事故,提高机组的运行可靠性起到很大作用。到1998 年国内已有18 家制造厂生产弹性金属塑料瓦。在近10 a 中, 弹性金属塑料瓦也曾陆续发生一些烧瓦事故。据统计, 从前苏联引进的60 台套中损坏2 台套, 其损坏率为33 % , 国产的161 台套中损坏13 台套, 损坏率为81 % 。初步分析损坏的原因是: 国内生产的弹性金属塑料瓦在一开始缺乏经验; 生产厂家多而杂, 产品质量良莠差异很大; 有些厂家技术没有过关就盲目组织生产; 对弹性金属塑料瓦的认识和宣传片面, 把边界润滑当作正常工况不加限制地应用等。因此, 为了使弹性金属塑料瓦能安全可靠地运行、提高使用寿命, 就必须正确确定其使用条件; 在制造中还要严格加温、加压和贴焊等工艺。 Since 1991, our country has imported the elastic metal plastic tile from the former Soviet Union to use in the thrust bearing of large scale hydrogenerator, which has played important role in solving the tile burning failure so as to enhance the operation reliability of the generating unit In 1998, there were 18 factories that produce the elastic metal plastic tile in China In the recent 10 years, some tile burning failures have occurred in the elastic metal plastic tiles According to the statistics, among 60 sets of the elastic metal plastic tiles imported from the former Soviet Union, 2 set have been damaged, accounting for 3 3%; among 161 sets of elastic metal plastic tiles made in China, 13 sets have been damaged, accounting for 8 1% The damage causes according to the preliminary analysis are as follows: shortage of experience in domestic production; too many and unsystematic manufacturing plant; big differences of quality between products; some manufacturing plants without production license; one sided understanding of the elastic metal plastic tile; unlimited application of acting boundary lubrication as normal working conditions; etc Therefore, in order to enable the elastic metal plastic tile to operate safely and reliably and to enhance its service life; its use conditions should be correctly determined, and its heat and pressure increase and welding technology should be strictly conducted in the manufacture
