摘要 目的对耐碳青霉烯酶鲍曼不动杆菌进行基因同源性研究,结合病史资料综合分析其临床流行特点,为加强其医院内感染控制工作提供依据。方法收集该院2008年1月至12月临床分离到的31株耐碳青霉烯鲍曼不动杆菌,采用肠杆菌基因间保守重复序列(ERIC)-PCR方法对其进行基因多态性分析;并对患者病史资料进行回顾性调查。结果 31株鲍曼不动杆菌ERIC-PCR方法分为3个基因型:A型1株,B型29株,C型1株;其中B型主要集中分离自本院ICU病房(23株)及其相关科室。结论该院有耐流碳青霉烯酶鲍曼不动杆菌同一克隆株的流行,以ICU最为严重,并有向外扩散的趋势。应及时采取有效的控制措施,杜绝其院内交叉感染的发生。 Aim To study the gene homology of Carbapenem-Resistant Acinetobactor baumannii,to analyze the clinical popular features based on history information,and to provide evidence for the control measures of nosocomial infection.Methods 31 clinical isolates of Carbapenem-Resistant Acinetobactor baumannii were collected from January 2008 to December 2008.ERIC-PCR was carried out for the homology of the isolates.Retrospective analysis of history information was conducted.Results 31 strains were divided into 3 genetypes by ERIC-PCR.Type A,type B and type C strains were 1,29 and 1 isolates,respectively.Type B was collected mainly from ICU.Conclusion One clonal epidemic Carbapenem-Resistant Acinetobactor baumannii strain causes the nosocomial outbreak in ICU,and has an outward trend.That is pressing to strengthen effective control measures and prevent cross infection.
