REITs Traded on the Market Impact Analysis

研究目标包括两方面:其一,对REITs产品上市后可能市场交易进行分析;其二,考察论证如何有效避免投资者盲目投机,特别是防范首只REITs上市后可能的爆炒情况。为此,本文从以下几个方面进行研究:(一)考察海外典型市场REITs上市后的市场运行状况;(二)考察我国沪市类似产品的投资者构成及交易行为特点,并重点就1998年基金上市后市场运行状况进行案例分析。并就此提出一些政策建议。

This goal of this study includes two aspects： First,the possible market for REITs to analyze market transactions;Second,investigation and evaluation on how effectively avoid blind speculation investors,especially against the first possible only after the listing of REITs stir situation.Therefore,this article studies the following aspects：（a） examine REITs overseas market after the listing of the typical operation of the market conditions;（b） examine China＇s Shanghai stock market investors in similar products composition and characteristics of transactions,with an emphasis on the 1998 Fund operation of the market situation after the listing of case studies.And make policy recommendations.
