摘要
外商直接投资的溢出效应是获得外国先进科学与管理技术的重要渠道。通过对外商投资对中国工业部门溢出效应的初步分析,得出在21世纪初,中国工业部门引进外商投资在总体上对内资部门产出增长起到了积极的促进作用,外商投资的外溢效应为正,但这一外溢效应的作用并不是太大。因此我国政府必须采取相应措施提高我国引资的质量,提高运用外资的效益,转变全国经济增长方式。
Spillover effects of foreign direct investment is a major channel to obtain foreign advanced technology and science management.By a preliminary analysis of foreign investment of the spillover effects of China＇s industrial sector,at the beginning of the 21st century,in general the in-troduction of foreign investment in China＇s industrial sector,output growth in domestic-owned sector has played a positive role in promoting foreign investment is positive spillover effects However,the role of the spillover effect is not too large.So our government must to take corresponding measures to improve the quality of foreign capital,improve the effectiveness of using foreign capital,changes in national economic growth.
