摘要
克服经济发展中出现的问题主要依靠自主创新,而自主创新能力的提升根本在于技术创新绩效问题。从资源的投入产出视角选取技术创新绩效衡量指标,收集主要国家数据,采用单个指标体系内部比较以及投入产出指标之间的综合比较,得出我国技术创新投入结构不合理,发明专利转化能力较差,R&D人员产出效率低,并针对相关问题提出完善建议。
