摘要
作为理想主义和道德色彩浓厚的管理学家,德鲁克认为管理的核心在于人,管理的目的为了人,管理的绩效要通过人的努力和责任心方可实现。与其他管理学派不同,德鲁克更多地从机制创新的角度提炼人本管理的要义:主要通过"地方分权"式管理调动经理人的积极性,"外包"分工提高员工的工作尊严,工厂社区自治提供经济诱因之外的激励因素等途径予以实现。
As an idealistic management thinker with heavy moral overtones, the core of Peter F. Drucker's management consists in man. The purpose of management is for man, while the effect of management is to be realized through man's efforts and sense of responsibility. Different from other schools of management, Drucker focuses more on dramatizing the gist of people-centered management from the perspective of mechanism innovation to carry out management mainly by mobilizing managers' enthusiasm through "decentralization of power", outsourcing division of labor to boost the dignity of the employees, and other incentives beside economic appealing factors provided by the autonomy of a factory community.
