通过对实验室文化管理含义和特点的表述,从目前高校实验管理的现状及文化管理的必要性出发,指出了实验室文化的对策。
Solutions of laboratory culture are described by the state of definations and features of laboratory management culture while university laboratory management is unsatisfied and the improvement is inevitable at present.
