摘要
本文测定结果表明,肺尘总量随尘肺病变严重程度有逐步增高的趋势,但可疑尘肺与正常组无明显区别.肺内粉尘粒径主要为2μm以下(89.5%),未见10μm以上的粉尘.尘肺病变的发展程度与肺内化学元素的含量无明显关系。但尘肺合并肺癌时,肺内铬含量高于正常组及尘肺组,是否与尘肺合并肺癌有关,有待进一步研究.
The results showed that a correlation existed between the total quantity of lung dust and the degree of severity of the histopathological changes of pneumoconiosis, but no significant difference was found in pneumoconiosis of stage 0-1 when comparing with that of the normal group. The diameter of dust particles in lung was mainly<2μm (89.5%)> no particles grosser than 10μm were seen. There was no significant correlation between the varying severity of the histopathological changes of pneumoconiosis and the contents of chemical elements in lung. However, when paeumoconiosis complicated with lung cancer, the chromium content in lung was higher than that of the normal group, and also of the pneumoconiosis group.Whether this is related to lung cancer needs to be further studied.
