For a long time,the personnel training pattern in local teachers＇ universities severely constrains the full play of intellectuals and the development of individuals.Thus,it is difficult to meet with the need of social development.The present article puts forward some methods of creative personnel training and practice.It is significant in that it constructs a new pattern of training creative personnel and tries to seek a feasible approach for the future development of local teachers＇ universities.
