精神分裂症家庭照料者生活质量的调查与分析

Survey and analysis on quality of life for caregivers of patients with schizophrenia

目的了解精神分裂症家庭照料者的生活质量,分析其相关因素。方法采用自编的人口统计学问卷和世界卫生组织生存质量量表简表对96位精神分裂症家庭照料者进行调查。结果精神分裂症家庭照料者的生活质量较差,与家庭月收入、身体状况、文化程度及与患者的关系、患者的工作状况有关。结论精神分裂症家庭照料者在照料患者过程中自身生活质量受到影响,应给予健康指导,以提高其生活质量。

Objective To study the quality of life for caregivers of patients with schizophrenia and analyze the related factors.Method Investigate 96 caregivers of patients with schizophrenia by Demography Questionnaire and brief World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale（WHOQOL-BREF）.Result Quality of life for caregivers of patients with schizophrenia is poor.It＇s related to family monthly income,health condition,education level,relation to the patients and patients＇ work condition.Conclusion Quality of life for caregivers of patients with schizophrenia is affected during caring.Health guidance should be given to improve their quality of life.
