摩托车变速箱生产线的PI控制器设计

摘要 为了有效控制摩托车变速箱生产线的节拍,采用了级联控制方式,在生产线中设计了PI控制器,按照摩托车变速箱体零件的加工工艺,将箱体加工分为3个阶段,在每两个加工工段的反馈通路上,设置了PI控制器,经迭代求解、仿真验证,确定了制造系统PI控制器的合理参数,增强了生产线的流畅性和控制系统的鲁棒性。 in order to effective control the production line of motorcycle ger-box,the PI controller was design by using of cascading control mothed,and according to processing techinc of motorcycle ger-box,it was divided into 3 section,and the PI controller were set in every workshop section,and the reasonable parameters were determined by iteration and simulation,the fluency of production line and robustness of control system are strengthened.
