摘要
通过对江西3所地方师范院校900名教师进行调查,结果发现:地方高师院校教师职业倦怠没有性别差异;不同婚姻状况、年龄、教龄和职称教师在情绪衰竭、去个性化和低个人成就感三个维度上都存在显著性差异;不同性别、年龄和婚姻状况的地方高师院校教师在应对方式不同因子上存在显著性差异;应对方式中解决问题、求助与情绪衰竭、去个性化、低个人成就感存在显著负相关;自责、幻想、退避、合理化与情绪衰竭、低个人成就感存在显著正相关。
In order to understand local teachers′ professional burnout status,this paper discusses the impact of coping style on burnout,this study adopts teacher burnout inventory(MBI),coping styles questionnaire for three local normal colleges′ 900 local teachers in Jiangxi.Results: teachers′ professional burnout is without gender differences,Teachers of different marital status,ages,years of teaching experience and different professional titles have significant differences on three dimensions of emotional exhaustion and dehumanization and low personal achievements.There was significant gender,age,marital status difference among teachers of local teachers university in the different factors of coping styles.Problem solving and helping-seeking have negative correlation with emotional exhaustion dehumanization and low personal achievements,self-blame,fantasy withdrawal and rationalization have significant positive correlation with emotional exhaustion and low personal achievement.
