单缸柴油机电控单缸泵的设计制造与匹配试验 被引量:1

摘要 为了满足日益严格的排放法规的要求,提出了单缸柴油机实现电控化的设想,介绍了电控单缸泵的设计目标、方案、工作原理,阐述了电控单缸泵的主要零部件泵体、柱塞、控制阀部件和衔铁的设计特点,电控单缸泵与立式单缸柴油机的匹配试验显示,相关试验数据均达到了新一代高效柴油机标准的要求,尤其是烟度值由原1.8~3.1 FSU降低到0.4~1.0 FSU,燃油耗指标平均降低了4%左右,说明柴油机与电控燃油喷射系统匹配良好。 Electronic-controlled technology for single-cylinder diesel engine was proposed to meet requirements of increasingly stringent emission regulation.Design target,scheme and working principle of eletronic-controlled single-cylinder pump were introduced.Features for main parts,such as pump body,piston,control valve and armature were elaborated.It was showed by matching experiments between eletronic-controlled single-cylinder pump and single-cylinder diesel engine that its performance had met new generation diesel engine standard.Particle matter emission of the engine has been reduced from 1.8~3.1FSU to 0.4~1.0FSU,and fuel consumption indicator had been average reduced about 4%,therefore eletronic-controlled single-cylinder pump and single-cylinder diesel engine had good matching performance.
