摘要
对某6 层砖混结构房屋较为严重的倾斜问题进行了全面分析,制订了综合性纠偏加固方案,着重对锚杆静压桩和钻孔排淤纠偏加固技术的应用进行了详细阐述,纠偏加固过程平稳,纠偏效果比较理想。
An overall analysis of the severe tilting of a six storey building with a brick/concrete structure was conducted, and a comprehensive scheme of rectifying a deviation and stabilizing was formulated.The application of the rectifying a deviation and stabilizing technique through anchor rod static press pile and silt removal by borehole was expounded in detail.A smooth process and a more rational effectiveness of the rectifying a deviation were obtained.
