摘要
用有限元模拟和实测研究的方法,分别对矫直机预应力机架在预紧和矫直两种工作状态下进行承载能力的研究,探讨预应力机架的应力应变分布变化规律,并发现在矫直咬钢和抛钢时产生的冲击应力将是使设备损坏和失效最主要的原因,对矫直机机架的设计和矫直规程的制定具有指导意义。
Using the method of finite element analysis and actual measurement,the load-carrying capacities of the prestressed stand on straightening machines are analyzed respectively under the situation of pretightening and straightening,and the evolution of prestressed stand stress is discussed.The result shows that the main reason of device failure is the impact stress during the process of steel biting and throwing.This study has the guiding meaning to the design of the frame of pre-tensioned leveler and the regulations of straightening rules.
