以北京太阳宫新区C区项目为案例,在采暖末端方式上做了一定的采暖基础研究,对住宅室内末端采暖方式的选择提出一定的合理建议。从居住建筑采暖的历史渊源到人们的生活习性和需求,从舒适节能到成本分析,从施工工艺到现场组织管理等各方面,循序渐次进行了分析比较,从而提示我们,在居住建筑中,地板热水采暖系统优于散热器热水采暖系统。正在施工中的案例项目室内(除阳台以外)均采用了地板热水采暖。

The Zone C of Beijing Sun Plaza is taken as an example to undertake a basic study on heating terminals,and provide suggestions for selecting heating terminals for residential buildings.From the history of building heating to people＇s living habits and needs,from energy saving to costs analysis,from construction techniques to site management,analysis and comparison are expounded step by step to verify that hot-water floor heating system takes advantage over hot-water radiator heating system.Currently,the mentioned project is under construction.Except the balcony,all flats of the project is heated by hot-water floor heating system.
