摘要
目的:研究哈蟆油酶解物的药理活性。方法:测定小鼠负重游泳时间及小鼠常压耐缺氧时间;测定大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量。结果:哈蟆油酶解物能延长小鼠负重游泳时间,但无显著性;能显著延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间(P<0.05);能显著降低大鼠TC及TG含量(P<0.05)。结论:哈蟆油酶解物具有耐缺氧及辅助降血脂作用,但抗疲劳作用并不明显。
Objective: To study the pharmacological activities of zymolytes of Oviductus Ranae.Methods: Loading swimming time;living time of mice under normal pressure and hypoxia;and serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and high density lipoprotein(HDL) were measured.Results: In comparison with control groups,the living time of mice under normal pressure and hypoxia,the TC and TG levels were significantly decreased(P0.05).However,no effect on loading swimming time was noticed(P0.05).Conclusion: The zymolytes of Oviductus Ranae have positive effect on hypoxia and serum lipid of hyperlipidemia mice,but its anti-fatigue effect is not obvious.
