哈蟆油酶解物药理活性研究

Study on the Pharmacological Activities of Zymolytes of Oviductus Ranae

目的:研究哈蟆油酶解物的药理活性。方法:测定小鼠负重游泳时间及小鼠常压耐缺氧时间;测定大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量。结果:哈蟆油酶解物能延长小鼠负重游泳时间,但无显著性;能显著延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间(P<0.05);能显著降低大鼠TC及TG含量(P<0.05)。结论:哈蟆油酶解物具有耐缺氧及辅助降血脂作用,但抗疲劳作用并不明显。

Objective： To study the pharmacological activities of zymolytes of Oviductus Ranae.Methods： Loading swimming time;living time of mice under normal pressure and hypoxia;and serum total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG） and high density lipoprotein（HDL） were measured.Results： In comparison with control groups,the living time of mice under normal pressure and hypoxia,the TC and TG levels were significantly decreased（P0.05）.However,no effect on loading swimming time was noticed（P0.05）.Conclusion： The zymolytes of Oviductus Ranae have positive effect on hypoxia and serum lipid of hyperlipidemia mice,but its anti-fatigue effect is not obvious.
