摘要
3例新生儿患者,因低钙血症予10%葡萄糖酸钙注射液6mL+葡萄糖注射液10 mL/q8h,经微泵10 mL.h-1静脉注射。3例患儿在静脉输注过程中均出现穿刺点上方局部皮肤发红,颜色加深,继而静脉呈白色条索状及白色结节,局部组织坏死。经对症处理后症状有所改善但不明显。
Three cases of neonate patients were given intravenous injection by minipump 10 mL·h-1 of 10% calcium gluconate injection 6 mL and glucose injection 10 mL for hypocalcemia.During the treatment,local skin near the puncturation turned red in all 3 cases of patients,the color deepened gradually,then the vein changed into white trabs or white tubercle,and local tissue necrosis formed at last.Although symptom-treatments were given,the amelioration occurred just a little.
