摘要 通过正交试验,对蚕蛹甲壳素脱乙酰制备壳聚糖的条件进行了优化研究。结果表明:NaOH浓度对蚕蛹甲壳素脱乙酰的影响最大,其次为处理温度,处理时间和固液比影响较小。优化后的工艺条件为:NaOH浓度50%、处理温度90℃、时间10h、固液比1:15。经验证试验,在该条件下,得到的蚕蛹壳聚糖脱乙酰度可达到72%。 Better preparation of the silkworm chitin chitosan deacetylation conditions were studied by orthogonal.The results revealed that the sodium hydroxide concentration is the most important factor on the degree of the silkworm chitin chitosan deacetylation,followed by the temperature of treatment,processing time and solid to liquid ratio has little effect.After optimizing,the treatment conditions are: NaOH's concentration is 50%,treatment temperature is 90℃,time is 10h,solid-liquid ratio is 1:15.After validation test,under these conditions,the pupa obtained degree of deacetylation of chitosan up to 72%.
