摘要
对陕西省武术队和西安体育学院院队现役竞技武术套路优秀运动员的B级跳跃难度动作侧空翻转体360°进行三维高速摄影,在西安体育学院实验中心用美国艾里尔三维运动图像解析系统对所截取图像进行解析,研究表明:腾空瞬间到腾空最高点,男子运动员重心高度变化的相对值为27.48±4.99%,女子运动员重心高度变化的相对值为23.55±2.90%;运动员身体腾空侧翻过垂直面瞬间,所有受试运动员在空中都有屈膝、屈髋、分腿的动作,尤其是过垂直面时身体与地面远远不足垂直角度。男子运动员左右腿的夹角为29.93±14.48°,女子运动员左右腿的夹角为4.96±3.91°。男子运动员躯干倾角为54.09±10.93°,女子运动员躯干倾角为49.65±1.89°运动员身体腾空侧翻过垂直面后,左、右腿通过屈髋等姿势调整,提高了身体的侧翻速度。
Study the Class B twist difficulty jumps 360 °flip side of the Elite Competitive from Shaanxi Province Wushu Team and Xian Physical Education University Wushu Team with three-dimensional high-speed photography and Arial image analysis system in the Experimental Center of Xi'an Institute of Physical Education University.The research shows that:the moment to vacate vacated the highest point in the center of gravity height male athletes relative value of 27.48 ± 4.99%,female athletes center height of the relative value of 23.55 ± 2.90%;Players had vacated the vertical roll moment,all the tested athletes in the air are knees,hip flexor,sub leg action,especially through the vertical plane with the ground when the body is far less than in the vertical angle.Players roll over vacated vertical moment,the angle between the left and right legs male athletes for the 29.93 ± 14.48 °,the angle between the left and right legs female athletes 4.96 ± 3.91 °.Male Athletes of the trunk inclination angle of 54.09 ± 10.93 °,female athletes with disabilities trunk angle 49.65 ±1.89:Players had vacated the vertical roll,the left and right leg through the hip flexor postural adjustments such as increased body roll speed.
