Good teacher-student relation is favorable for the educational activities to be well developed,which can make the educational meanings sure to come.Teacher-student relation is a course based on the equity between teacher and students in which the educational meanings happen simultaneously：teacher-student relation can insure that the teacher and students build their structure of knowledge through the dialogue together,which helps to develop effective dialogues in classroom teaching,to reduce the contradictions between them,to result in growing and making progresses together.To construct the dialogue-based teacher-student relation,equity is the starting point：dialogue,the course：and understanding,the final aim.
