When the management of Tangible Property is under going,we meet the difficulty as what it is,where the organization is,what is the system,etc.So,we have to give overall consideration.Taking the teaching affairs as the central work,we can set up new concept,organization,system and technology in the management,so as to normalize the process scientifically.
