摘要
采用ＵＡＳＢ反应器进行柠檬酸废水处理试验。试验利用准中温ＵＡＳＢ 处理工艺，进水温度约３０ ℃，ｐＨ 值５０ ～６０ ，设计ＣＯＤ负荷为１０ｋｇ／（ｍ３·ｄ） 。稳定运行阶段厌氧系统ＣＯＤ去除率可达９０ ％ 以上，辅以接触氧化处理系统，ＣＯＤ 总去除率达９６ ％ 以上，出水浓度基本稳定在３００ｍｇ／Ｌ以下，其余各项指标也稳定达标。试验过程中培养出了颗粒污泥。
An experiment of UASB process to treat wastewater of citric acid production was conducted.This is a mesoplilic system with inlet temperature of 30 degree Celsius,pH=5.0 to 6.0 and designed COD loading of 10 kg/cubic meters per day.At the normal state a COD removal of UASB up to 90% was obtained steadily.Beside this also COD was removed by the contact oxidation too,an overall COD removal of 96% and effluent with COD level under 300mg/L has been obtained.Other indicators of the effluent are also under the level allowed by the wastewater discharge standard.Granule sludge was developed successively in the experiment period.
