摘要
采用UASB反应器进行柠檬酸废水处理试验。试验利用准中温UASB 处理工艺,进水温度约30 ℃,pH 值50 ~60 ,设计COD负荷为10kg/(m3·d) 。稳定运行阶段厌氧系统COD去除率可达90 % 以上,辅以接触氧化处理系统,COD 总去除率达96 % 以上,出水浓度基本稳定在300mg/L以下,其余各项指标也稳定达标。试验过程中培养出了颗粒污泥。
An experiment of UASB process to treat wastewater of citric acid production was conducted.This is a mesoplilic system with inlet temperature of 30 degree Celsius,pH=5.0 to 6.0 and designed COD loading of 10 kg/cubic meters per day.At the normal state a COD removal of UASB up to 90% was obtained steadily.Beside this also COD was removed by the contact oxidation too,an overall COD removal of 96% and effluent with COD level under 300mg/L has been obtained.Other indicators of the effluent are also under the level allowed by the wastewater discharge standard.Granule sludge was developed successively in the experiment period.
