摘要
对传统灌肠式饺子机的优缺点进行了综合分析,采取扬长避短的原则,设计、研制了两种新型包合式饺子成型机,并对其结构原理、成型原理进行了论述,以满足小、中、大型速冻食品加工企业及机关、院校、团体食堂等生产加工高质量饺子的需求。
The thesis synthetically analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of traditional clysis type dumpling machine.Following the principle with foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,the thesis give a better and scientific design of two new kinds wrapping-filling type dumpling machine,and discussed its structure and shaping work theory.The thesis describe the research and manufacture of two new kinds wrapping-filling type dumpling machine,in order to manufacture high quality dumplings for small and huge scale quick-frozen food factory and dining hall of government,school and group etc.
