摘要
文章从水稻根际共分离出13株具有解无机磷能力的菌株,选取其中4株(Pc1、Pc3、Pp2、Pp3)溶磷能力较强的菌株作为研究对象,根据生理生化特征,鉴定菌株Pc1、Pp2、Pp3属于芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus);菌株Pc3属于土壤单胞菌属(Agromonas);以不同的碳氮源、可溶性磷量及pH值配制培养基,研究它们对细菌溶磷的影响。研究不同菌株发现:同一菌株在不同碳氮源培养基上,表现出的溶磷能力差异较大,碳源量的改变对菌株Pc1的溶磷能力影响显著,而菌株Pc3、Pp2、Pp3的溶磷能力则易受氮源量影响;加入可溶性磷对细菌溶磷能力没有显著的影响;pH值对菌株P、P、P溶磷量有显著影响,对菌株P则无显著影响。
Thirteen strains of bacteria strains were isolated from rice rhizosphere,and four strains with stronger phosphorus-solubilizing ability including Pc1,Pc3,Pp2,Pp3 were selected as the research object.According to physiological and biochemical characteristics of them,the strains of Pc1,Pp2,Pp3 were identified as belonging to Bacillus,and the strain of Pc3 belonging to Agromonas.The effect of phosphate-solubilization on the bacteria was investigated by different carbon and nitrogen sources,soluble phosphorus content and pH value.The results show that the phosphate-solubilizing ability of the same strain in different carbon and nitrogen sources media shows remarkable difference.The change of the amount of carbon source has a significant influence on phosphate-solubilizing ability of the strain of Pc1,but the phosphate-solubilizing capacity of strains of Pc3,Pp2,Pp3 are vulnerable to be influenced by the amount of nitrogen source.Little effect is found on phosphate solubilization when adding a small amount of available phosphate in the culture media.The pH value has a significant influence on the amount of dissolved phosphorus of the strains of Pc1,Pc3,Pp3 while there is no significant influence on that of the strain of Pp2.
