贵州开展农业保险的重点与难点问题及对策建议

The Difficult Points and Problems to Carry Out Agricultural Insurance in Guizhou and Certain Countermeasures for Them

农业保险是建立社会主义市场经济补偿制度的重要组成部分,也是保险业为农业生产提供支持和保障的重要途径,发展农业保险是解决"三农"问题、推进社会主义新农村建设的重要内容。本文分析了当前贵州农业保险开展的重点和难点问题,提出了在新形势下促进贵州农业保险发展的对策建议。

Agriculture insurance is an important constituent part in establishing a compensatory system in socialistic market economy. It also provides support and guarantee for agricultural production. So, to speed up the development of farm insurance is a crucial way to resolve the problems related to agriculture, farmer and the rural area, and enable to boost the construction of socialist neo-countryside with Chinese characteristics. This paper aims to analyze the key points and problems in carrying out farm insurance currently in Guizhou and to put forward certain countermeasures to improve it in the new situation.
