摘要
天津滨海新区正式列入国家发展战略总体布局,为新区竞争力的全面提升提供了前所未有的机遇。滨海新区发展要从基础条件出发,科学构建区域竞争力,针对重要因素和关键环节提出提升竞争力的有效途径,探索出一套区域发展的新模式。
As Binhai New Area in Tianjin has been enlisted for the overall layout of the development strategy, it has been awarded an unprecedented opportunity to enhance its competitiveness in an all -round way. The development of the new area should put the development of the elementary conditions in the first place, structure its regional competitive power in a scientific way, put forward effective approaches to upgrading its competitive power for the important factors and key links, and find out a new model for the development of this new region.
