贵州民族地区旅游发展的法律思考——以黔东南苗族侗族自治州为例

A Legal Consideration of the Tourism Development in the Ethnic Areas in Guizhou:Taking Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture as an example

贵州是一个历史悠久、多民族聚居的省份。黔东南苗族侗族自治州有着丰富的旅游资源,特殊的地质地貌使得旅游业得到了迅速的发展,然而在旅游业的发展过程中也存在很多不足之处,尤其是法律的缺失,现从多个方面介绍黔东南苗族侗族自治区旅游业的发展状况,并提出一些法律建议。

Guizhou is a long-historical, multi-ethnic province. In Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, there are rich tourism resources. The unique geological features have brought in a rapid development of tourism; however, in the procedure of tourism development, there are also many deficiencies, especially in law. This paper intends to introduce tourism development in that area in several aspects and to put forward some advice related to law.
