头屯河水库放水涵洞进水塔冰荷载计算探讨

Discussion on ice load calculation for the intake tower of drainage culvert of Toudunhe reservoir

分析了冰对墩柱结构的作用,总结了有关规范在应用过程中存在的问题。考虑冰荷载作用往往不能满足结构上既经济又合理的要求,在新疆头屯河水库放水涵洞塔架冰冻处理中采用了破冰措施来减小冰荷载而不是按考虑冰荷载所需的结构进行设计,给以后寒冷地区结构设计在考虑冰荷载方面起到了借鉴作用。

This paper analyzes the action of ice on the pier structure and summarizes the problems in application of relevant specifications. Considering that the ice load action can not meet the requirements for economy and rationality of structures, ice - breaking measures are taken to reduce the ice load on the tower frame of the drainage culvert of Toudunhe reservoir in Xinjiang, in stead of the design based on the structures considered necessary for ice load, which provides reference for design of structures in cold areas in the future with consideration of ice load action.
