摘要
笔者以自己参与的尼泊尔某中型水电站投资开发为例,分析了咨询企业进行国际水电工程开发时,在项目管理方面需要重视的设计管理、人力资源管理、信息管理、风险管理等问题,并提出项目建设结构模式。对工程咨询企业实施"走出去"战略具有一定的参考价值。
