便携式受电弓检测仪中的数据传输与处理技术

摘要 提出了一种在便携式受电弓检测仪中采用的数据传输与处理技术。该便携式检测仪上位机采用内置Windows Mobile 6.0操作系统的PDA,下位机采用ARM实现嵌入式硬件电路设计。蓝牙技术低成本、低功耗且易于操作,可方便地实现PDA与下位机之间无线通信;采用SQLCE数据库完成对检测数据的存储和查询等功能。该检测仪设备具有体积小、操作方便的特点,软件系统易于升级和维护。试验证明,该检测仪能够实现对受电弓升降弓高度、时间和接触压力的检测,静态特性曲线的绘制及数据的处理,可以满足现场需求。 PDA with Windows Mobile 6.0 as the operating system works as the main processor,and the controlled embedded hardware is designed by ARM.The wireless communications between PDA and hypogenous microcomputers is achieved by bluetooth technology with relatively lower cost and power consumption,the detecting,query and other operations of data are performed by SQLCE database.The introduced portable pantograph detector system is compact and easily operated.Besides,the system software is easy to maintain and upgrade.Measuring the lifting height and time of the pantograph and the contact pressure,drawing the static and processing these amount of data can be implemented by this portable pantograph detector.Experimental results indicate that the data transmission and processing of the system can meet the field requirements.
