摘要
利用Gleeble2000热模拟试验机研究了X80管线钢在连续冷却条件下的组织变化规律,绘制了试验条件下X80管线钢的动态CCT曲线。结果表明,随着冷却速度的提高,X80管线钢组织由多边形以及准多边形铁素体逐渐转变为贝氏体类组织。实验室条件下X80管线钢以20~30℃/s冷却后的组织以细小均匀的针状铁素体为主,一定数量的细小M/A岛弥散分布于铁素体晶粒内的板条界上,这种组织结构有利于获得高强度和高韧性。
The continuous transformation behavior of the X80 pipeline steel was investigated by using Gleeble 2000 thermal simulator,and its dynamic continuous cooling transformation curve was drawn up under laboratory condition.The results show that polygonal and quasi-polygonal ferrites will gradually transform to bainitic type microstructure in the X80 pipeline steel with the increase of cooling rate after rolling.The microstructure in X80 pipeline steel after cooling at 20 to 30 ℃/s consists of fine and uniform acicular ferrite and a certain amount of fine island-like M/A dispersing in lath boundary inside ferrite grains,which will be beneficial to the achievement of high strength and high toughness.
