摘要
GCr15SiMn钢辊套淬火后出现裂纹。通过金相试验、断口分析、化学成分分析等对辊套的开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,辊套中的铸造缺陷是裂纹源,并在锻造中扩展,最终在淬火应力的作用下导致辊套开裂。
GCr15SiMn steel roll sleeve cracked after being quenched.The cause of roll sleeve cracking was investigated trough the agency of metallographic test,fracture analysis and chemical composition analysis.The results showed that the crack was derived from casting defects and propagated during the forging,and at last the roll sleeve cracking occurred by the action of quenching stress.
