Culture is a lasting strong ideology and spirit support which condenses the whole nation.For the harmony and development of the relationship between the whole nation and the minority,it is essential that whether the culture of the minority district is harmonious or not.To establish the harmonious culture in the minority district,we must let the Marxism as the guide all the long time,building a harmonious nation value,excavating and enhancing the positive element of the national culture,activating and making full use of the harmonious element in the religion,enhancing the legislation work in minority district,so that to give a powerful support for the harmonious culture construction in minority district.
